i read the thread from jason it sounds like the same problem to me but my car is setting 300 miles away from where i live and i don't have another car to drive like he does.

BTW the area rep from down here says it should be repaired under warranty but the area rep up there is telling me no.

IF you did nothing wrong and I just happened the dealer should fix it under warranty. That what we would do at my dealership.

Why did you take your car to a dealer 300 miles away anyways? You know your warranty is good at any dealer right?

$600 tow is cheaper than $1000+ for a new tranny+labor+whatever else the tranny blew up

get it in writing that it can be covered under warranty, then tell them it is going to be towed to their dealership

^^^ i know the $600 sucks, but it is the lesser of 2 evils

:stupid: that is the best advice here....and see if you can check around a couple of tow truck companies from down there and where you are to see if you could strike up a better deal with one of them ...i guarantee you will find one cheaper or rent a tow dolly and tow it yourself..

$30 for the rental of the dolly and $60- $100 in gas>dealership ass raping you

if i had the 600 laying around waiting to be spent it would be no problem but since its the first of the month i have a few bills to pay

solution b...now here is the winner...you rent the truck and the dolly from the same place its called u-haul...and they do have both and all together your looking at about $150 -200 tops if that...and if you have a reason that dont work then i just give up:ftard:
