I just got it installed. It should show up in your user profile and also below your avatars when you make a post. Please post here with any problems. I'll try and make corrections as quickly as possible. Thanks

It's about time you did something around here!
This should aid people in making decissions of whether or not you should purchase something from a seller.

Yeah, I didn't want you to have to do all the work around here....
Just a hint of things to come....garage gallery and timeslip database...

ok, first problem, i don't like that i have to leave a message if i'm leaving a public short statement. I made a short statement, which was all that i wanted to say, but i still have to enter at least 10 characters into the private message. i think if you make a public statement, then a personal statement should not be required

i was trying to leave juandirtymessican feedback for 2 things i have bought from him on separate occasions. I got this message about having to wait, which is fine, but even after i wait the alloted time, it won't let me leave another message

Sorry, but you must wait until 01-06-2006 at 03:03 PM before you can rate this person again.

I fixed the time limit thing. It was there to prevent someone from accidently double posting feedback. As far as entering feedback twice, just cut and paste it. The first is for everyone to see, the second is for admin / buyer / seller to see.

another problem... I left 2 feedback ratings for juandirtymessican, and it shows 2 positive feedbacks, zero negative, 100% positive, yet only a positive feedback score of 1
Feedback Score:
Positive Feedback: 1
100.0%
Members who left positive: 1
Members who left negative: 0
Total positive feedback: 2

After looking at the ratings, it appears that it is the number of different people that left a rating that affect the trader rating number.

This is very typical of most forums I am on(including the "other" site).

ok, so if i have several good transactions, it doesn't help his rating? seems kinda unfair if he's always selling what i want to buy

Actually, it does because when you go to his rating, all the positives will show up.

right... i'm saying the number next to his name doesn't increase though... I dunno... i like to deal with people (feel more comfortable) when i seee a big number there... but i can see how it could easily be abused if one member could swing the rating more than one point

It's IDENTICAL to the way eBay does their rating system.
