I dont understand why all of these people keep having problems, I always get a pm returned within a few days, which for me is accepatale because josh is running a business. I have been waiting for probally about 2-3 months now for my tb, intake, and spacer but I told him it was no rush because I dont have my car here anyways. Everytime I pm him he is always straight forward with what is going on and why they havent shipped out yet, again like I said im in no rush. He is out of cores because people dont send them back in a timely manner, so.... he cant send out what he doesnt have.

While I have never ordered anything from him, I have pm'd him about 3 times and he has gotten back to me very quickly.

I was interested in buying from him, but he didn't take my kind of credit card, so he told me to start a paypal and send him the money through there and he would eat the paypal charges. It would have been $4100. so whatever charges came from $4100 he was willing to eat. Thats alright in my book.

Communication and customer service is everything. If any vendors are reading please keep in mind that returning you calls/emails when you say is very important. I understand your busy but you have to keep your word at least on things like communication. It means more to some than others. I know of a place that lost a 3000$ sale because the guy never would call me back and whenever he said He would I ended up calling him the following day kinda miffed cause I had to wonder wtf was goin on. When I called him I got voicemail seems like everytime. I left a depostit of over half the $$ and after playing phone tag for a week and finding out my part had not been ordered I got so pissed off I demanded a refund. I understand that this may have just been a fluke because this was a very well known reputable shop. Many of you still go there and have positive feedback for them which is the reason m not mentioning the name. The funny thing is I ended up paying a little more but I got the service I wanted and im not sore about it. If anyone really wants to know who and where just pm me.

It was actually a long thread (12 pages or so).It was started by a local guy in Oceanside who had bought parts from fullybuilt in August or something and never saw his parts.He tried the phone,PM's and still no response.It got to be a big thing for like 2 days.People from all over were posting about thier probs with FBM.Then when FBM started to post there was a pissing match over who was tougher and could beat the other up.The funny thing was there were tons of people who felt ripped off and then a couple of leg humpers saying"They're busy give them a chance,People havent sent back their cores"BlahBlahBlah.Best part about it was that it was not posted in the FBM section so they couldnt delete it.Eventualy it did get deleted.
