My parents have a rental unit available for immediate move-in. The townhouse is located at Tivoli @ Augusta Ranch, 2024 S. Baldwin St, Mesa, AZ.

As the title states, the unit is a townhouse located in a gated community. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathes and a 1 car garage. The unit includes washer, dryer, stove, microwave, refrigerator & cental air conditioning. The unit is almost new and my parents are the second owners (first owner bought it early soley to sell it at it's completion and never lived in or rented it) A nice community amenity is an inground pool that is located right across the street.

Rent: 895/month and an annual agreement is preferred.

Pet policy: Small dogs permitted with pet deposit. Cats are not permitted.

Property listed with Clark-Wayland Home Management.

i am definitely intersted. my wife and i will be reolcating to AZ in the next few months. i hope this is still open by the time we move there, but i doubt it....plud its really close to my parents house, which is nice...they live in gilbert, near lindsey and ray. ill watch this thread and see what happens. mebbe we can leave earlier, i dunno.

You won't have a problem, there are rentals all over. the housing market was so choice everyone was buying instead of renting.

yes... up to jsut recently... it was cheaper month to month to buy than to rent in many places :yikes:

the only people that really rented there were like students, and "long term visitors"
