I got tired of waiting for a good install to pop up so here is my how to. I replaced my stock shifter with a new STS from Slow4dr. If you think anything needs to be added to this How To, let me know and I'll add to this Thread.
Tools Needed (STS Install Only):
1. Phillips Head Screw Driver
2. 13mm Socket w/extension
3. Vice Grips
4. Fingers
Additional Tools If Also Installing Booger Bushings:
5. Needle Nose Pliers
6. 8mm Socket
7. 10mm Socket
STEPS FOR REMOVAL:
Remove All Your Crap From Your Center Console:

Remove 4 Screws w/Phillips Head Screw Driver:

Remove 2 Screws in Cup Holders:

Pull Off The Shifter Ball, Shifter Boot and Remove the Center Console (Lift Up and Out)
You Should Now See (4) 13mm Nuts, Remove Them w/13mm Socket

Flip Shifter On It's Side and Use Your Fingers to Remove The Stock Shifter Bushings:

At This Point, If You Are Installing Booger Busings, Use Needle Nose Pliers and Twist Them Out From The Top:

Here Is What The Booger Bushings Look Like Next To The Stock Ones:

Now you need to Remove The Clips Holding The Shifter Cable (Use Vice Grips):

Grip The Clips On The Lip:

Now Reverse Everything you Just Did Except put the New STS In Place Of The Old Shifter.
Here Is The New Shifter W/Booger Bushings Installed:

Transmission Side Booger Bushing Install
Now Move Over To The Engine Bay and Remove The Stock Air Box:

Now That The Air Box Is Out, Remove the Battery and Battery Tray:

Here Are The Stock Bushings, Remove Them With The Pliers:

Here Is The Bushing Removal:

Replace the Stock Bushings With the Booger Bushings:

You are now done!! Go drive your car and feel the difference.
