Feeler: SRT track day Beaver Run Raceway in PA

Hi everyone!

I spoke with the people at Beaver Run raceway, and I got some information about having a track day where we rent their track just for us.

They said the base rental for the track is $3500.00 a day, and with timers, EMS peoplel, etc it usually comes to about $5000.00 for the day. Considering their "flat out" days cost 165 a person, if we could get 30 people or more involved then it would be the same or cheaper per person versus their flat out days, but we have the track all to ourselves!

Im thinking about posting this on another (cool) srt forum as well as a few other domestic sites. Right now its just to check interest because they require a 50% deposit to reserve the day.

So, if you are interested in attending, reply to this thread and I'll start the list.

It would be great to have a meet there... should we try to advertise it as such?

We need to get the ball rolling on this if people are interested. They require a 50% deposit for the day, so the sooner we get about 30 people interested and can send money the sooner we can lock in a day.

Keep me posted! I'm like 10 minutes if that from Beaver Run. I'll probably have to work, as I normally do on Saturdays but I'll come up after work.
