I'm looking into it. There has always been the option where you have to make a certain number of posts to play a game, but I thought it would lead to widespread post whoring. I'll have some free time tonight to mess around with it. I'm currently working on adding an option for Xbox Live Gamertags to your profile.

After a little research, it seems that the next release of the arcade should have the option to spend uCash points on the arcade games. I'll keep you all updated on the progress.

March 12 is the release of the arcade upgrade. It should contain the option to cash in points to play the arcade.
