Long story short, I might be trading cars with someone. Problem is we are in different states. Im estimating the drive would take a day or so and alot more miles than I would want to put on either car. What would be the easiest way to trade cars and/or what would be the cheapest. I know LS1Z28 (or midnight...whatever your name is now) sold his Z28 to some guy and he had some truck come by and pick it up. How much would that cost? Never really done anything like this before, any help would be appreciated.

there are "Hot Shot" drivers that all they do is pick up whatever it is and deliver it wherever it needs to go. One of my friends has an uncle down north of Dallas that does it, I can see tomorrow if I can get details on how you can go about hooking up withone of those companies

You can use a shipping company, depending on location it will be 600-1000 per car. I'd fly out to your car, drive it to the other guy's house, and drive your new car home if the money is right. You'll also have the advantage of an ASE certified master tech driving both cars:thumb:

According to Mapquest, driving time is est. 13hr 20min and 815 miles each way. Im not really sure I want to put 1600+ miles on either car (that would double the current milage on the Mazda). Thats why I was looking at some sort of transportation service.

if you're trading cars, you'll only put 815 on each car

*lazyness > me

I saw what I said, and realized it, but I was too lazy to fix it. I was hoping no one would notice. So much for that plan...

Not sure if Im trading it at all right now. Still talking with the guy, but if we did trade, another SRT-4. I miss being upside down.
