It reads blank when the sensor is exposed to a ratio it isn't sensitive to. At idle you should be around 14-15 range.

Where is the sensor mounted?

at idle im at - - - its right by the stock o2 sensor in front of it with no cat i have a race pipe

I would like to help you but I don't have UEGO... but to my knowlege they can be calibrated

The AEM's can't be calibrated for their O2 sensor other than reading the internal resistor (which won't be accurate as they age), and the Innovate's are the only ones that I can think of off the top of my head that you can calibrate. After warmed up the A/F at idle should be around 14.7:1-ish, give or take. It's normal for it to bounce around since the PCM is reading off a narrowband sensor and mainly controls A/F by going back and forth between rich and lean of stoich (14.7:1). It should not be reading fully rich or lean, and if it is you've either got it wired up wrong or you installed something else that's causing the car to run wrong (you could hook up a scan tool or multi-meter to read the factory O2 to get a rough idea of how rich/lean it's running which would give you an idea if that's the case, but it wouldn't be running right and would be very noticeable if it's super lean or rich).

Also do you mean it's mounted before the second O2 sensor or up in the factory elbow/O2 housing? If that were the case it would be getting too hot to accurately read A/F's and you'd kill the sensor in short time. It needs to be around 18" or so from the turbine discharge or a little closer and use a heat sink.

no its mounted like 5 in in front of the stock o2 housing

When you turn it on, and it goes through it's power on sequence, what is the setting at? On my PT it's P04. Something to do with nerstcell or some shit :jester: AFR should be at 14.7 or so after warm up and at a steady cruise.
You can change the setting by the screw in the back as you have already stated. Good luck.

mount it near where the second one is. i have a catless pipe, so it's right next to the stock second sensor.
