hozay is good peeps :thumb:
glacial graphics sells the coolingmist kit which is a VERY nice kit, aaronneon sells pretty much anything if you PM him  and hozay sells both coolingmist and devilsown.
do yourself 2 favors.
1. like hozay said, don't buy a used one
2. get one with a progressive controller, not a boost pressure switch. it will save you a LOT of heartache and tuning issues in the long run :thumb:
yeah i was talking to some one about water injection last night and they said it was a big pain in the ass to tune w/i. is it alot easier with a progressive controller?

yes and no...
with a boost only switch, its easier to "be done with it" but you get a crappy tune.
with the progressive controller, it takes longer, but you'll get a much nicer tune :thumb:
boost only="at xxx psi, turn it on full pressure"
progressive="at xxx psi, start turning it on, then ramp up to full pressure at xxx psi"
devil's own is pretty cheap for progressive controllers, coolingmist's controller is "better" but unless you are getting REALLY serious in it, i'm not sure that it is really worth the extra money.
any one know how much extra it is for the progressive controller?

for the price, coolingmist's basic kit is better, but their controller is way more expensive
you can read up a little more on them both there, or here

the coolingmist vario-cool is a REALLY nice looking unit. i'm jsut not sure how much it is needed since i don't have a lot of direct experience with W/I
is progressive nessisary if you have a wga set up on the green line? i never hit part boost? its kinda all or nothing?

i see what you're saying...
on the stock turbo it may not be AS big of a deal, but ALL turbos lag, even if it is so little lag taht you don't notice it. the big thing i'm concerned with is that you don't want to pull timing at the onset of boost because that will mess up the curve, and your overall power. so, setting the W/I to come on at full boost isn't the best way, so you'll want to come on early. well, with jsut an on/off switch, you'll dump the same about of h20/ meth at 7 psi as you do at 20 psi, which can actually cause you to lose power and even bog. The progressive controller takes care of all of these issues. the Devilsown is a good unit for the price, but its not going to give you the best tuning options because it is only a linear ramp from xxx psi to xxx psi. the coolingmist will allow you to select several different pre-set "maps" or edit them to fit your purposes more precisely. that being said, the first srt-4 in the 10's used a devilsown progressive kit, so its definately not bad:thumb:

coolingmist vari-cool > * imho
yes, i agree that it is better than anything else available, but if i decide to MS my car, then the MS will do much better than the vari-cool, so i'm not sure i want to spend money on either one till i get it all sorted out
I have the Devil's Own progressive kit and I am VERY happy with it, install was straightforward and easy and setting it is simple, had 0 problems with it! :thumb:
