Ok so I read some direction and followed them. Something's wrong.
I get power but when I turn the key to ON posistion the gauge goes to 0 like it's calibrating. Once I turn the car on I get nothing, it just sits at 0.

Positive power source is from the fuse #11 (blue with white tracer)
Ground is coming from where the fuse box bracket bolts to the dash.
I am using the stock boost gauge's vacuum line as the vacuum/boost source.

I can think of 3 problems that maybe occuring.
Either 1 that vacuum source isn't any good to run this gauge and I need to run a vacuum line to the throttle body? Or 2 the power source I am using is being interupted during ignition causing the gauge's calibrating feature not to work right? Or 3 this guage is fucked up.

Any ideas?

i would use a new vac/boost source from the TB simply because it is clean. the source in the brake booster has come loose on me many times and leaked, so i dont trust it to begin with.

the source you are using for power must be one that it switched when the vehicle is on the on position like all other accessories. i dont know which wire you used as far as what it references, but my guess is that it is possible that it is not an accessory wire. i would try using the wires from the stereo. you know those are switched, so they are good to use.

your ground should be plenty solid, its the same one i use for my gauges.

i doubt that turning the car on has anything to do with the calibration. the only way i could see this being an issue is if you turned the car on BEFORE it got a chance to calibrate....then it might be an issue, but there should be a way to reset it and recalibrate it. id check the manual on that one.

good luck!
