How To: BOV install with pics by powerman_dsr

This is The Install For The Greddy and Like Type BOVs
First you need to Mount your BOV facing down on the hard Pipe, seal it with Black RTV

Next you will need a T spliter and some vacume hose(makesure it fits over the nipple of the BOV tightly)

Assemble the Peices Like this(note you might need to leave a little extra as far as lenght goes, you can trim it later)

Next Under the hood Disconect the Pink Line Ging to the Stock Surge valve

Next Remove your stock Surge valve

then put on your block of plate(sorry for the Lossy Pic)

next split the PCV line coming off the throttle body

then T into the line like so

then run it down to the BOV like this

Then all thats left is to tun it to your specific application

DO you have anymore pics.? I was wondering what the Brass looking pipe on the hard pipe was connected to... I am about to do mine tomorrow... if you could send me some more photos of it when its done so I can see the whole setup that would be greatly appreciated... thanks,

the brass piece connects to the stock red vacuum line that is there already.

If one line from the bov goes to the T spliter and one from the PCV line, what line is connected on the other end of the T spliter?

The line reconects to the PCV line and the run off goes to the BOV bud.
