no damage to the struts so far, and i don't really see that being a problem...I never bottom out, but i have scrapped the very tip of my powerplate on my e-cut out once...the ride quality is ok, it's not super bouncy, but it's not exactly stiff either...the reason being that I used the stock bushings instead of thicker ones...so that would be my only advice (to buy better bushings), but other than that i like them, and they were simple to install

Nice. My car is going to be out of service for about 3 months so I'm gonna use the time to do some things I've been putting off. Gotta put in my return line, w/i kit and a few other things and figured hey I might as well lower it too.
How long you been running them?

ahhh man I was on the floor laughing when I read this  I had the "other" custom shift knob. I loved it but it wobbled. Had to make two notches on the shifter to stop that from happening and ended up trading it for a mpx shift ball. It was still pretty pimp though :thumb:

pr3mium_brewed: eric told me on the phone that he knew the knob wouldnt sit correctly on the shaft for the shifters
pr3mium_brewed: he never admitted anything was wrong with the design on any of the forums
broken5hift: copy/paste
pr3mium_brewed: yeah he said that he measured the bore against the shifter shaft he had on his car, which for some reason is bigger than the stock shifter, and all of them were made that way
broken5hift: so thats why you had to stick an inch of duct tape under yours for it to stay on
broken5hift: or is it still holding the back door open
pr3mium_brewed: right
broken5hift: lol best convo ever
pr3mium_brewed: lol i had it on my car for a long time, then one of the sets screws fell out so i took it off

i assumed my shift knob worked well cus my shifter rod is diffferent since it is a mopar sts core, but my knob is now on my buddies car and his is stock shifter and still works fine ...so that pretty much disproves that theory...but i did not figure this out untill after that convo with matt...which means i dont know why any one is having issues with there shift knobs, mine works great, prd says his works fine and slow4dr never complained about his, so i dont really understand why some ppl have an issue with there knobs fitting but i always said if your not happy send it back and i can fix it, its an easy fix either way but i cant fix it over the internet...but for you henry who has no experience with my know what so ever; have talked nothing but shit about it from the get go...i think your just a h8er and personally at this point i think you can go fuck yourself and your retarded bs comments:fu:

If you kep acting like this, Im going to have to keep banning you. And Id rather not turn into an ekool, so how about maturing up a little? Regardless of who said what, you always have the option of just ignoring them. If you want to debate over whether or not your shift knob sucked, do it in WS instead of turning other peoples threads off topic.

ekool sucks at banning people. it took him almost three years to IP ban me. I just made the referance to him being that he bans me anytime he finds out who I am, even if Im not doing anything wrong.
I didnt get on any one else about this (partly because Im lazy) because most of the posts I read of yours are off topic (and its not like you have a clean history either). Right now Im not sure if you contribute anything positive to this forum, but you dont seem to really be doing anything that bad right now either, so I dont mind letting you stay around. Im just trying to say, in this thread, and all others (other than the ones in off topic sections of course) try to stay more on topic. Dont give me reasons to ban you. Id like to keep this site drama free.

oh snap, did I just get called out? hahaha. Actually, I had a SRT-4mation shift knob, not a MPX. I took your shift knob because I loved the design which I did. I installed it and both told you over the phone & through pm's that it wobbled. You stated it must be me because no other shift knob had that problem. No biggie, I notched two slots onto my STS and it worked fine. I then traded it to a buddy of mine for the MPX shift knob because I got tired of your's. Never complained it about it afterwards just was tired of it.
I agreed to ship you the srt-4mation shift knob to replicate but backed off when (at the time) you were undecisive on making them due to having personal issues with family and/or work. Don't remember, it's none of my business. So we backed off and decided to move on.
