Are the lines from solenoid #3 even needed when using an aftermarket WGA with a boost controller, and an aftermarket BOV? This is the solenoid with the blue line that tees into another line back by the turbo, and the pink line.

that one only controls the blow off valve, nothing else, so its up to you really, do you want the PCM to control blow off or do you want to install your own BOV and control it yourself? thats the only real difference.

I already have an aftermarket BOV, the line is teed in by the TB. So I guess I was OK taking off the lines and removing the tees back by the turbo. I just wanted to simplify some of those lines, and get rid of unneeded mess.

do you have an '05? if not, you can yank all of the lines from the solenoids if you are running an after-market wastegate/boost controller also, and you should be fine.
