here are a few videos from the other day when Julio 04TurboSRT S3r ran Jason Murrtown (jason@TNT) 50Trim after the S.T. Motorsports Dyno Day in SoCal.

S3r Dyno #s were 376Hp and 432Tq

AGP 50Trim #s were 412Hp and 408Tq

these ones were taken from the S3 car by Mole' :hi:

So, by this I assume the Mopar S3 kit is better than the 50 Trim?

Less power=faster times.

Kinda makes the 50 trim a bit of worthless, eh? :jeff:

I can't watch the video at work but...

No or less traction=slower times
More traction=faster times
Or better driver=faster times
Or More power + better driver + good traction=much better times
Or better power band=faster times

At first I felt bad for the guy with the 50 trim, then I spotted the air freshener on his rearview. That's obviously what slowed him down, girlfriend must've left it there.

wow bad news travels fast , its cool though the stage 3 car spools so damn fast its just to hard to catch but we'll be back after we put some cams in it and maybe just a little bit of head work to give it another shot

I don't like nos. Too dangerous. I've seen too many engines grenade because of that stuff. Now, for auto-x or other types of racing, then I'm all for it. But not for street. Just my personal opinion.

Running nitrous maybe for drag racing but I couldn't see it in auto-x or road course. That would get expensive very fast and place a lot of loads on the car. That and nothing like an instant spike of torque to help with driving a high power front wheel drive car smoothly. :lol:

we could do this however I would like to point out a couple of things . but let me preface what I'm about to say by saying that I'm not trying to make excusses we lost plain and simple . that being said Jason was on pump gas vs a car running race gas and more boost I'm shure . the other thing that I think alot of people are overlooking is that at that power level the stage3 is pretty much maxed out the compressor doesn't flow enough to produce more power and the exhaust side will only flow so much . I'm shure with some cams and some head work we can reach over 500 hp I dont think I could say the same for stage3 though

i think Julio was spiking 23psi and holding 17psi with the AGP S3 WGA. whitemountain hit 411Hp on a stock S3 turbo and manifold. now you can put a Bigwheel upgrade in the Turbo and do a PnP on the exhaust manifold. also doing a PnP on a head for a S3 car does wonders.

that was WITHOUT HOM, tuned with no electronic tuning

well the first runs at Fuzion Jason 50trim had race gas and Julio S3r was on pump gas. Julio won all of the runs that night. Jason said that his charge pipe came off(but i did not hear it at all, nor did anyone else but who knows it could of) on the second set of runs that nice Jason was on his Race tune Julio still no race gas aka non HOM.
after the Dyno day Jason was on pump and Julio had HOM with c16...Julio again won all of the runs.

the runs at night were at Fuzion and the runs in the day were after the dyno day.

on that night i think we had 25 SRT-4 show up plus the vipers and the SRT-8s

yea mole' i was lying about my charge pipe came off, thats why josh was keeping up with me on the way home. and josh dynoed 238whp and keeping up with a 400whp 50trim

well you had to make something up for losing them runs. i knew right away when my pipe came off. you could hear it and my boost/vac was way off.

I'm sure you are right. You guys know a HELL of a lot more about the 50 trim than I do. I was just making a joke. Still, what you have is damn impressive. You'd whomp the shit out of my s2! :rofl:
