I am on the stock turbo right now, I installed S2 injectors yesterday, and I need some help! Here's what I have done. S2 injectors, AGP returnline, PTP map/tip clamp, BFMIC, 3" O2-side exit exhaust, AGP cai, sbr wga, hallman pro mbc. Parts that are coming in, and/or here and need installed FBM Mammoth turbo and manifold, 2.0 cams, Fidanza gears, and dtec.
Here's my tune before the S2 injectors
Clamped 4.15V,
22psi spike 16psi hold
Fuel Pressure @58psi
A/F's were 12.2~11.8

After the S2 injectors
Clamped 4.0V
19psi spike 15 hold
Fuel Pressure @42
My a/f's hit 12.5-6 and fall fast into the 11's and hit 10.7 at redline.

Is this too much fuel to control with just a map clamp?

Are you running a static fuel pressure or do you have the boost reference line hooked up to the FPR? The reason I ask is that I'm not sure if you've ran the math but running S2 injectors at 42 psi fuel pressure makes them flow at almost exactly the same amount of fuel at stock '04+/S1 injectors at 58 psi fuel pressure.

I have the boost source line on, and the static pressure is set @45. I'm still hitting mid 12's, and falling to 10.7 @redline, and that's on 19psi spike holding 15.

This is pretty much what your going to get with a map clamp due to less boost at redline then in the midrange on the stock turbo. Map clamps & FPR's are great but to gain total controll over your air/fuel ratio your gunna have to get on that D-TEC.

If it rains today, I'll prob start putting the Dtec in. Does anyone have a decent base map, something to start with for when I get it installed?
