eibach prokit and 245/40/17 - 17x8 rim

I am running the prokit, and I was wanting to go with a 245/40/17 tire setup with of course a 17x8 rim 35mm offset... will i have clearance issues, I had a guy tell me to go with Hotchkis springs, but I already have the eibachs, and they are a little lower than the hotchkis springs (especially in the front), therefore brought up the question -- just really trying to get a feeler for this setup... ye or nea?

On most lowering springs you'll probably have some rubbing with that aggressive setup. Either roll the fenders or get coilovers.
