Looks kind of plain and not really professional but it seems to work.

A lot, I'm sure. I sent Mole a list of things. I suggest you guys go over it a bit.

Professional:
Ebay is an example.
Look at BIG companies. Notice that usually, the background is white, with dark, easy to read text. Logos are imprinted in the corners generally, and the page is tested to work well with almost any size browser window. (Autoscaling)

But, even without that, the organization, arrangement, and listing for things that don't have parts under them, make it quite unprofessional.

I agree.

If I found the site in a search.. I probably wouldn't buy from them. If I knew of them from a bunch of positive reviews.. then I would. Its good if all your visitors are from here or SRT forums.. and they know of you.

If the year was 1996 that site would be great, unfortunately it's 2020. There are a lot of intuitive and affordable page creation software programs out now, I'd invest in one and play around with it. Either that or hire a professional to design it. As it stands it reminds me of HAMPSTER DANCE

Not professional as in looks outdated like those web sites from companies that made a page about ten years ago and never bothered to update it. Then again there are some smooth, flashy new looking web sites that are based on some of the common web merchant software that give the appearance of a fly-by-night company (like they're using a template for the merchant/cart management software) so I wouldn't rush out to buy something like that unless he's willing to invest some time to customize it. If he's not sure about it I'd say start going through other auto and tuning company sites and making notes of features and layouts that work and what doesn't to get some ideas.
